Quilting Away!! - When you decide to make quilts for Christmas gifts....

....Make sure you have enough time to finish without losing your mind!

I was so disappointed when I went to buy a pattern so I could make this for some friends because the store was OUT for good. So I decided to design my own unique pattern and I am SO glad that I did! I love how this turned out and that it was one of a kind!  One trick.... INVEST IN GRAPH PAPER - It makes the math SO much easier!

J st to let yo know ....

By far one of my favorite cards!!  I loved how the colors turned out and the font is so FUN!!  It was really fun to do a sewing card!

Oh Snap!

Inside of card

This is one of my FAVORITE cards that I've made!  The band-aid is real just in case you ever find that you need one....The sand is actual sandpaper and it added so much!  It's always fun to add different mediums.

Merry Christmas!

This was a fun Christmas card!  After seeing a similar card on Pinterest I decided I'd give it a whirl!  I made 40 Christmas cards this year and it took WAY more time than I thought it would!  The circles are popped up with dimensionals at several different heights and that made things interesting.  The tricky part was circle placement.  I made it a little easier on myself by creating a stencil I could use to mark the center point for the intended location of each circle.  I think that saved a lot of time!  It's certainly not hard by any means but pretty time consuming.  VERY worth it!  It's one of my favorite Christmas cards to date!

Post-it Covers!

Neighbor gifts!! Yes!  These were a quick and easy gift idea that I give for all occasions!  Dress up that notepad!  I always need a piece of paper for a note here, reminder there....

This is a tri-fold cover with a velcro closure.  Above are just a few of the different ways to finish it off!

Do you think I made enough????
